Asus Eee Pad Transformer Takes the GG Test

Seems that the iPad2 would be the obvious choice of a Crazyfunbabe but never under estimate the power of a woman. We’ve decided to review the Android Asus Eee Pad. It is day 3 of getting to know the device and eee-gad. We are no geeks but really, would it be that hard to put an icon right smack on the front screen of the tablet that linked us to a “quick start” to getting going and knowing the tablet? We can not stress enough at GG there is only one thing we hate more than a 300 page manual is no instructions at all. Whew!

Now that we got that out of the way, 3 days, 2 friends, 2 bottles of Merlot, 1/5th of Vodk we are happy to report that due to our tenacious personality we are starting to figure out this thing. Plus is that the moment we decided to write about this, we went from tablet to slipping the Asus into its keyboard (not bluetooth like Zagg’s for the iPad) but none the less with the keyboard we could start typing like mad vs touch and peck. This keyboard comes with the Transformer, rather than an add on.

And, oh, oh, did we forget to mention that this Transformer comes in the most beautiful bronze mixed with Pewter color?

So far we’ve had our highs and lows with this tablet. Tough to get going with basically no instruction. Then once going enjoying the flexibility of tablet to notebook -esque with the keyboard. Frustrated with the lack of app functionality of some of our favourite things like Zinio reader. But we are persisting to give the Asus Transformer the GG acid test.
Keep posted.
